Cancelling a booking

If you need to cancel a booking and there is no money involved, then go to your 'Bookings' page in the portal where you can cancel your booking.  It would be a courtesy to inform the event leader to ensure that they know, particularly if this is close to the event.

If there is money involved, then you need to contact the event organiser to arrange the cancellation.  This is because we need to amend the invoice and arrange a refund if this is possible.  Refunds will depend on the T&Cs of the rally, marina and restaurants involved.

To contact the event leader, go to the event and scroll down to the 'Duty Roster'.  The 'Rally Lead' or 'Event Organiser' will be shown in blue and you can select their name and then use the 'Compose message to...' button.
